Through the revival of the Franklin Roosevelt institution used to finance our war machine during WWII, the Reconstruction Finance Corporation. To make an investment, one must get over their fear of debt, but if that money is invested in the genius of the American people, it will be paid back MANY times over. One thing we will for sure do, like 79% of the American people demand (including 63% of republicans), is tax the HELL out of the upper 1% of billionares.
